The G-FORCE Racing Gear Nova full-face helmet brings G-FORCE Racing Gear’s commitment to Quality, Innovation, and Value to a whole new level. The Nova carries G-FORCE's most advanced helmet features to date: from dual Snell SA2020 certification and FIA 8859-2015 homologations, sizable fit comfort liners, an ultra-lightweight shell, a super-wide eye-port, and more.
The newly designed Comfort Blend Plus liner is removable, replaceable, and has 6 adjustment pads (4 around the head and both cheek pads) that when used with the provided sizing foams allows the driver to fine-tune the helmet’s fit to best suit his or her comfort needs. The Comfort Blend Plus liner is wrapped in an unbelievably soft knit material that features G-FORCE's TrackPAT vision-enhancing print, which breaks up the solid color in your peripheral vision that other helmet liners can create. These advances in design work together to bring a customized fit and unique material together to help reduce distraction and increases your ability to focus on the track.
With the largest eye-port opening that they could make, the Nova helmet allows for the greatest field of view on the track (V-67 o / H-220 o). From your instrument cluster to the open track ahead of you, you’ll have an unobstructed view of everything that matters.
With G-FORCE's exclusive carbon fiber composite shell, the Nova averages a standard weight of just over 3 pounds. They achieved this dramatic weight-reduction through a variety of exceptionally designed features:
Making the Nova even more adaptable is the optional top blower attachment (not included) that instantly converts this already premium helmet into a fresh air helmet. This add-on feature can be replaced on the fly without the need for any tools. - G-FORCE's thinnest Polycarbonate shield ever produced at only 2.5mm
- Smaller shield lock posts, which makes the shield easier to open and close while reducing weight
- Newly designed M6 threaded Head and Neck Restraint anchors that are smaller than previous designs and still strong enough to pass the stringent SA2020 and FIA8859 testing
- The trim around the shield and bottom of the helmet is made of higher quality material than has ever been used before and is thinner and lighter
- G-FORCE's chin strap is made of high-quality fiber braid that is thinner than the competition and still provides a comfortable fit.
- The impact liner is made of a graphite EPS which naturally has a gray/black color. This means that the exposed liner doesn’t have to be painted which is more environmentally friendly and helps reduce the overall weight of the helmet.
