Stilo Helmet Hydration System - Side Mount

Stilo Helmet Hydration Systems - Anyone who has had a stint behind the wheel of a race car knows that heat often becomes a significant contributor to driver fatigue, and deydration plays a big role in that fatigue.

Designed for use with Stilo ST5, ST4W, ST4F and ST4F1 helmets, this kit is ideal for endurance racers who need to maintain peak performance behind the wheel for long durations of time.

The Stilo Hydration System offers several custom options:

Side Mount Kit

This kit installs in one of the pre-molded ports on the side of the helmet. Assuming only one (or none) of the side ports is currently in use with another system – such as communications or ventilation – this is a great option that connects up with minimal fuss.

90° External Mount Kit

If you’re using both side ports for other systems you can still install this hydration system using the 90° external mount. This kit is installed through the helmet shell, allowing you to maintain use of your current systems while adding hydration to the mix as well.

Bottle Sizes

When ordering, you can also choose to configure your hydration system with either a 70oz or 100oz Camelbak Unbottle bladder, which includes an insulated reservoir sleeve and attaches easily with built-in strap mounts. 

Options and Explanations:

Side Mount Kit

• The side mount kit is installed in one of the pre-molded ports along the side of the helmet. If you're only using one of these ports for another option you can add a hydration port to the other.
• EXAMPLE: You have a communications system in the LEFT or RIGHT port and a ventilation system TOP MOUNTED.

90° External Mount Kit

• The 90° external mount kit is installed through the helmet shell if BOTH of the pre-molded side ports are in use.
• EXAMPLE: You have a communications system in the LEFT port and a ventilation system in the RIGHT port.

• Camelback 70oz Unbottle w/ insulated reservoir sleeve (easily attaches with built-in strap mounts)
• Camelback 100oz Unbottle w/ insulated reservoir sleeve (easily attaches with built-in strap mounts)
